1. Book on an off weekend, way cheaper!
2. Get your boots and skis the day before. If you wait until the day of (which we did) the line is ridiculous and the staff, while extremely friendly, moves at the pace of molasses.
3. Our favorite place to eat was at the Angel Fire Country Club (open to the public) bar, Elements, but if you want to eat at the restaurant, Stonewood, you must make reservations in advance...hence why we ate at the bar :)
Eating at Chianti's our first night. The waiter made it a point to tell us to try this "new" pepper sauce...Ha! Tabasco?
The experts...
We had the mountain to ourselves! Check out the gorgeous view!
Chad hits the slopes
"Hey babe! Take a picture of my moves when come down!"
Chad and Michael
Elizabeth and I at Elements for dinner...yum!
The drive home was a little dicey, but thank God, Michael is really good at driving in the snow and ice.We had such a fabulous time with our wonderful friends we are ready to plan our next weekend getaway...stay tuned!
